IFB Door Lock Error ( part 1.)

  A  Washing Machine  is a widely used common home appliance all over the world. Fully automatic  Washing machines can detect an error in any part and show on the error code on the display.  The error codes are different for every brand.now we will explain an error about door lock in the IFB  washing machine  so first, we have to know about the wiring of the PCB. you can see in the picture  (figure A) there are three connectors for connections  There is a door switch connector that has four-wire and each wire has a different color.  Red, Black, Gray, Pink.  We have to deal with these colored wires except red wire. Working on the door switch The door switch is an electronic and mechanical part. Or we can say that a combination of electronic and mechanical parts works as a  door switch. There is a one PTC indoor switch that operates on AC 230volts.  If PTC will get short then the door switch will get short and  it  will  also affect the functioning of P.C.B.  When any technician  replaces  the door switch but it doesn't work due to the malfunctioning of P.C.B. These types of faults usually occur in washing machines nowadays. Due to these washing machine's Display panel also shows Door lock error and the whole machine stops working. The technician usually changes the whole P.C.B when the machine  shows this type of error or fault. But these are repairable faults. We will talk about the fault in detail in the next blog. How to resolve an error problem AC LOW in IFB washing

This is an IFB Top-load washing machine control panel it has an AC low error. This is a power error that the input line has low voltage but in reality, the voltage is correct into line.  So we will repair the PCB  fix error ac low  Now we have to check those resistances that take signals from the input line and delivered on the main microcontroller IC.  That kind of resistances is 100 kilo-ohms above to up and we can find easy into the circuit you are seeing in figure 2.  There is a resistance R1 560k.
